It started with a simple idea.

To see how one piece could be worn, lived in, and captured, by different women, in different places, in their own way.

So we sent one dress around Australia, passing it from photographer to photographer, from one woman to the next, each bringing their own light, their own story, their own way of seeing.

No strict brief. No over-styling.
Just a piece designed to move, to adapt, and to be worn in whatever felt right.

What came back wasn’t just a collection of images.
It was proof of something we’ve always believed:

That the right piece doesn’t define the moment,
it becomes part of it.

This is what it became, in different hands.

Stop 5 - Real + Raw Photography

There are some photographers who simply understand Co & Ry.

Not just the dresses, but the feeling behind them.

For Stop 5 of our Travelling Dress journey, our Champagne Satin Illoura found its way to Brisbane, Queensland, into the hands of the incredibly talented Kaylee from Real & Raw Photography.

And honestly, we couldn't imagine a more perfect fit.

From the very beginning, Kaylee has been one of Co & Ry's biggest supporters. She's photographed countless women in our pieces, recommended our wardrobe to her clients, and continuously trusted Co & Ry to be part of some of life's most meaningful moments. We are endlessly grateful for her support and the beautiful community she has helped us build.

But beyond her incredible talent, Kaylee always brings the energy.

She arrives with ideas, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for creating something special. Every shoot feels effortless, and every gallery tells a story.

For this stop, that story was motherhood.

Deep in the Queensland forest, surrounded by towering trees and still water, Kaylee captured a beautiful mother and her baby in a series of images that feel almost dreamlike. The flowing satin of the Illoura moved through the landscape with ease, pooling beneath ancient trees, catching soft light by the water's edge, and becoming part of the scene itself.

The result is both powerful and gentle.

A reminder that motherhood is not always loud. Sometimes it's found in the quiet moments. A feed beneath a tree. Tiny hands reaching for mum. A pause to breathe. A moment to simply be together.

These are the moments we created the Illoura for.

Not just photographs, but memories.

Not just a dress, but a piece that moves with women through seasons of life worth remembering.
