CO & RY RETURNS POLICY
At Co & Ry, each piece is created thoughtfully and produced in small batches. As a small independent brand, we do not mass-produce or hold large volumes of excess stock, which means we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind returns.
Instead, approved returns are offered as a store credit, giving you the flexibility to choose something else you love at a later date while helping us continue to create intentionally and reduce unnecessary waste.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
To be eligible for a store credit, your return must be lodged within 10 days of receiving your parcel via our returns portal. Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be approved.
All returned items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- in original condition, no fake tan, makeup, perfume or deodorant marks.
- with all original tags attached
- returned in original packaging
Any items that are marked, worn, damaged, or returned without tags will not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for both Australian and international returns.
Please clearly label your return parcel with your full name and order number.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us at hello@coandry.com.au within 10 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a clear photo or video of the fault
- any relevant information
If your item is deemed faulty, we will first offer a repair or replacement where possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items, promotional purchases, and items purchased during storewide sale events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless deemed faulty.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed. Multiple discount codes cannot be used together unless stated otherwise.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

WELCOME DISCOUNT CODE
If you forgot to apply your welcome discount code at checkout, you’re welcome to use it on your next order.
Co & Ry is unable to refund the value of a discount code after an order has been placed, or cancel an order for the purpose of reusing the code.
PRE-ORDERS
Our pre-order pieces are offered as part of our small-batch, thoughtful production model. In many cases, your order helps us allocate fabric, plan production, and secure stock specifically for that release.
For this reason, pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled once placed.
Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays. If this occurs, we will always keep you informed.
SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $250, unless otherwise stated during sale periods or promotional events.
Dispatch for in-stock orders is usually within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for regional deliveries.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by their destination country.
If duties or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a store credit will be issued once the parcel has been received back, less the original shipping cost and any return charges incurred.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Co & Ry is required to declare the full and correct value of all orders. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure what charges may apply before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will issue a store credit for the order value once it has been received back, excluding original shipping and any return fees.
