LODGE A RETURN

If you have a change of mind and would like to exchange your item/s, Co & Ry are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you.

Please check you are eligible below.

Please ensure you meet the criteria below to be eligible to make a return. 

 - Must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your items. 

- Must be a full-priced item. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags, packaging and labels attached.

- Be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup, perfume or deodorant marks.

Request a return

Log into your Co & Ry account in the top right corner.

Select your order and 'Request a Return'.

Step Two

Store Credit OR Exchange

Please indicate in the 'notes' if you would prefer a store credit or to exchange for another item, less original shipping costs. If so, please indicate for what style, including the size.

Then wait to hear from us with your request approval.
