Our products are all made to order and currently take 10-15 business days to complete + shipping time. See below for all our shipping options.
If your order contains styles with different shipping dates, the whole order will be shipped based on the later date, so it can be shipped together. Please get in touch if you need something sooner and we can certainly arrange it.

Any orders of $150+ are eligible for free shipping Australia wide. This will be automatically applied at the checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders so the total of $150+ must be spent in the same order.
If you shopping bag doesn't quite reach $150, a flat rate of $8.95 will be charged Australia wide.

Express shipping if offered for all items for a flat rate of $15 Australia wide. This service is sent through Australia Post and their service timelines should be followed.
Please note that express shipping is for shipping only, this does not speed up the production times for products. For more information on production times see each styles descriptions.

All our parcels are sent from Melbourne, Australia using Sendle for domestic shipping, which allows us to track, trace and keep our customers informed. You will be sent an email from Sendle when you parcel is on the way and when it has been delivered.

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Locked Bags. Please keep in mind that the courier will leave the goods in a safe place if not home. Please pop in your comments during checkout if you would not like your parcel left at your door or at reception.

Please note: All International deliveries are shipped with standard shipping and can take between 5 - 20 business days depending on your location. Express options available, email us for a separate quote.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; Co & Ry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; Co & Ry recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Co & Ry are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise your store credit.
Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds.
- Must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your items.
- Must be a full priced item. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
- Be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks.
- We are unable to offer refunds.
- The cost of return shipping costs for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty. Co & Ry will pay for the postage costs on all damaged and faulty products. Please include a copy of your postage receipt and we will cover the cost of postage.
- Credits can only be used by the credit holder and are valid for 6 months, this will automatically be available for you to apply to any purchase.
- No returns on sale items. All transactions on sale items are final.
