Please refer to the individual product description to see your styles shipping time frame. Each style is handmade in Melbourne by a team of women in small business, so each dress may have a different lead time based on which beauty is sewing your garment.

If your order contains styles with different shipping dates, the whole order will be shipped based on the later date, so it can be shipped together. Please get in touch if you need something sooner and we can certainly arrange it.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Any orders of $150+ are eligible for **free shipping Australia wide. This will be automatically applied at the checkout. Please note this excludes sale items and sale events.

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders so the total of $150+ must be spent in the same order.

If you shopping bag doesn't quite reach $150, a flat rate of $10 will be charged Australia wide.

Express Shipping

Express shipping if offered for all items for a flat rate of $15 Australia wide. This service is sent through Australia Post and their service timelines should be followed.

Please note that express shipping is for shipping only, this does not speed up the production times for products. For more information on production times see each styles descriptions.

All our parcels are sent from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post for domestic shipping, which allows us to track, trace and keep our customers informed. You will be sent an email with tracking information when you parcel is on the way.

We would love to send your items internationally and offer International Shipping with Australia Post to the following list of countries / zones with the approximate flat rates. Please email hello@coandry.com.au for confirmation.

Rest of the World $40 AUD (multiple items may incur a higher price)

Please note: All International deliveries are shipped with standard shipping and can take between 5 - 20 business days depending on your location. Express options available, email us for a separate quote.

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; Co & Ry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. PRODUCTION TIMES

Please always check the delivery section under each style to confirm dates and availability, as some styles production times may very depending on fabric availability. Please note there may be delays during peak times and sale periods.

PRE-ORDERS

A monthly dispatch timeframe is provided for all pre-order items and this is outlined in the product heading and item description. Please allow the full month for dispatch plus Australia Post transit times. Select Express Post to reduce transit time. Other items purchased in same transaction are shipped with your preorder.

Once your parcels have left our warehouse they become the property of Australia Post. Parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website using your designated tracking number.

Co & Ry is not legally responsible for any lost or damaged goods however, if your parcel does not reach you within the expected delivery time, we will do all we can to assist in tracking your parcel for you.
