How It Works
1. Submit
Answer a few easy questions about the
condition of your piece(s).
2. Review
If it looks suitable, we’ll request photos and confirm the proposed selling price and store credit.
3. Send
Once you accept the offer, post your piece to us at your expense.
3. Earn Credit
After it arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your agreed store credit.
FAQ
How much will I receive for pieces I send in?
Our trade-in credit is 50% of the price we will resell the item for; simply put, we split the re-sale amount of the garment. We offer store credit for approved pieces, based on the style and its resale value. For example if we sell it for $120, you get $60 Co & Ry credit.
Our aim is to keep this fair and considered, giving you meaningful credit toward your next piece, while making Co & Ry more accessible for others to discover and wear.
What condition do items need to be in?
We accept pieces in excellent, gently worn condition.
They should feel well cared for. The condition of the piece resembles the price it can be sold for.
What items won’t be accepted?
To keep this collection feeling special and true to Co & Ry, we’re selective with what we accept.
We’re unable to take pieces that show signs of wear, including:
• Large stains or marks in obvious places
• Stretching or misshaping
• Fading or discolouration
• Tears, holes, or fabric damage
• Missing buttons or broken closures
• Alterations or damaged labels

Are all styles accepted?
We focus on selected Co & Ry pieces that align with our current collections and aesthetic.
At this stage, we’re only accepting Co & Ry garments, and not all styles will be suitable for resale.
What happens if my piece isn’t accepted?
If a piece doesn’t meet our criteria, we’ll let you know.
You’ll have the option to have it returned to you, or we can thoughtfully repurpose it where possible.
We’re mindful about what we accept to avoid unnecessary shipping and to ensure every piece in the pre-loved collection feels considered, wearable, and true to Co & Ry.
How do I get the pieces to you?
You’re responsible for the cost of posting your piece to Co & Ry. We recommend tracked postage and keeping your tracking details.
If your piece doesn’t meet our acceptance criteria after inspection, we’ll contact you. You can have it returned at your expense, or agree to another option with us. We won’t repurpose or donate your piece without your permission.
