Co & Ry $500 Wardrobe Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: This giveaway is run by Co & Ry. Questions can be sent to hello@coandry.com.au.
  2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. 
  3. Promotion period: Entries open on 12 October 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 20 October 2026.
  4. How to enter: During the promotion period, complete and submit the giveaway form on the Co & Ry website, including your name, email address and phone number and answer to “Which piece would you choose?” Entry is free and no purchase is required. Limit one entry per person. Existing Co & Ry email subscribers may enter.
  5. Choosing a piece: Your answer helps us learn what you love. It does not affect your chance of winning or limit which eligible products you can choose if you win. Following Co & Ry on social media is optional and does not provide an additional entry or affect your chance of winning.
  6. Prize: One winner will receive $500 AUD in Co & Ry wardrobe credit to spend on full-priced Co & Ry products. The credit may be used across one or more purchases and expires on 31 October 2027. It cannot be used on sale items, during Black Friday promotions, or together with another discount or offer. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used to buy gift cards. The winner pays any amount above the $500 credit. Any unused balance expires on 31 October 2027. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
  7. Draw and notification: The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries at 12pm AEDT on 21st October 2026. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The winner will be contacted by email within two business days using the address supplied on the entry form. The winner’s name will be published on coandry.com.au/pages/win-a-500-co-ry-wardrobe on 21st October.
  8. Unclaimed prize: If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, the Promoter may select another eligible winner by a further random draw, subject to applicable law. Any further draw and winner notification will be announced on the giveaway page.
  9. Personal information and email: The Promoter will use entry details to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, and, where the entrant has agreed on the form, send Co & Ry marketing emails. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting their entry. Information will be handled in accordance with the Co & Ry Privacy Policy.
  10. General: The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicate or incomplete. If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the giveaway from running as planned, any changes will be made in accordance with applicable law and communicated on the giveaway page. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta.
