EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Co & Ry are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please contact us at hello@coandry.com.au to organise your store credit or simply log into your Co & Ry account to process your return. 

 Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds.

 - Must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your items. 

- Must be a full priced item. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags, packaging and labels attached.

- Be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup, perfume or deodorant marks.

- We are unable to offer refunds.

- The cost of return shipping costs for exchanges is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty. Co & Ry will pay for the postage costs on all damaged and faulty products. 

- Credits can only be used by the credit holder and are valid for 6 months, this will automatically be available for you to apply to any purchase.

- No returns on sale items. All transactions on sale items are final.
