EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Co & Ry are more than happy to process a store credit, exchange or refund for you. Please contact us at hello@coandry.com.au to organise or simply log into your Co & Ry account to process your return. 

Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. 

 - Must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your items. 

- Must be a full priced item. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags, packaging and labels attached.

- Be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup, perfume or deodorant marks.

Please note:

- Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty. Co & Ry will cover postage costs for any damaged or faulty products.

- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your parcel. The cost of this label will be deducted from your store credit total. This will be need to be printed and attached to your return satchel. If you do not have access to a printer please let us know and we can provide a QR code for Australia Post to print your label for you. 

- Please note that the original satchel can be reused to return items if not damaged, using the second seal on the bag. 

- Store credits are valid for 12 months and can only be used by the original credit holder. The credit will automatically be available to apply at checkout on future purchases.

- Sale items cannot be returned. All sale purchases are final.
